To prepare for your treatment, you’ll be instructed to refrain from waxing, using chemical peels, and being in direct sunlight without sunscreen for at least two weeks before your appointment.
On the day of your treatment, your surgeon will use the Lumecca IPL device and pass it over the desired skin areas. The device’s high intensity allows the light to penetrate deep into the skin and target the areas of concern. The Lumecca IPL device features a sapphire cooling tip, which allows for higher precision and provides a more comfortable patient experience.
